Programme 02

Check-Up Programmes

Structured health programmes based on individual risk and lifestyle profile — graduated from Basic to Executive.

A check-up brings clarity about your state of health. Depending on age, risk profile and life situation, the sensible examinations differ. That is why we offer graduated programmes, selected in the medical consultation.

The three levels

Basic Check-Up

History and risk profile, complete physical examination, basic laboratory, resting ECG, blood pressure and pulse, body composition, and a detailed evaluation consultation.

Premium Check-Up

Additionally extended laboratory, 24-hour ECG and blood pressure monitoring, complete abdominal ultrasound, exercise ECG, lung function, bioimpedance analysis and a written report with prevention plan.

Executive / Athlete

Additionally echocardiography or stress echo, Doppler of the cerebral arteries, atherosclerosis screening (IMT), performance diagnostics (VO2max), hormone profile and a personal coaching consultation.

Which level is right

The selection depends on your individual risk and questions. In the initial consultation we determine together which examinations are medically sensible — no more and no less.

Medical indications

This programme is considered in particular for the following constellations. The individual indication is determined by the physician in a personal consultation.

  • Early detection of disease
  • Cardiovascular risk assessment
  • Metabolic and endocrine disorders
  • Individual prevention planning
  • High occupational stress
  • Sports medicine questions

Where there is a documented medical indication, these services are exempt from VAT as medical treatment (§ 4 No. 14a of the German VAT Act). The decisive factor is the therapeutic objective, which is documented traceably in the patient record.

Personal consultation

Whether and to what extent this programme is appropriate for you is something we clarify together in a personal consultation.
